NEW POLICIES |
| We limit the number of students in our classes so that (in theory) each student has the opportunity to present their work every week. The make up and chemistry of these classes is also something we try to be very attentive to; creating small ensembles with each class giving consideration to personality, commensurate ability and male / female ratios when we can. Because we limit the size of the classes, when students drop out at the last minute or attend class for a few weeks and then drop out without paying, the financial loss can be dramatic. Our teachers put a lot of time and energy in putting these classes together and in the past couple of years have lost thousands of dollars in potential income because of last minute cancellations. We certainly understand that because of the nature of our business well intended plans can quickly change for both the teacher and the student. Work comes up, one's finances can change, personal situations arise. But in order to be fair to both the students and the teachers, we have instituted some new policies with regard to tuition. |
ENROLLMENT POLICY |
| We will be organizing classes throughout the coming weeks and contacting you once there is a spot available for you in our winter classes. Upon receipt of a $200 deposit, your spot will be reserved. Tuition in full is due on the first day of class. Payment plans are available on an as need basis. Please contact your teacher directly to discuss. |

out of class UP TO 2 weeks before class starts and still
get a full refund.
WITHIN TWO WEEKS: If you pull out of
class within the two weeks prior to class, we will be
retaining a $200 non-refundable deposit.
ONCE CLASS BEGINS: Once classes begin,
there will be no refund of any portion of your tuition.

ALUMS AND AUDITIONING |
| In most cases we assume we will be able to honor alumni class choices. We need first, of course, to see what the volume of response is and in some instances, we may ask alums to meet with or audition with a teacher they have not yet worked with. This isn't to torture anyone, it is just us trying to make your class have the best commensurate ability 'chemistry' possible. |
